How long does it takes to process an online order?
Estimated delivery time includes processing in our
warehouse. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible subject to availability, and receipt of payment. If you have not been contacted via e-mail by the Montrose
Dolls e-store within two hours of placing your order, please e-mail us. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your
full name and postal/zip code in your e-mail.
How long will my item take to ship?
If items ordered are in stock, they will be shipped as soon as payment is received. All items ordered
which are not in stock will be placed on back-order and shipped as soon as available direct from the manufacturer, this usually takes from between 3-4 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date,
please indicate this on your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
What are your shipping
options and prices?
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item, and destination. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Rush shipping is available for an additional cost.
Can I ship outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we ship Worldwide - once order is made please state Country of Origin where shipping costs can then be calculated.
When your order is processed we will email you with the international shipping charges to be allocated.
