1. Delivery:
Items come straight from the manufacturer - unless otherwise stated, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery of merchandise from the date of payment clearance.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Should there be any unusual delays, you will receive notification.
2. Price:
a: Prices stated do not include postage/shipping costs outside the UK. These costs are extra, please contact us for additional costs.
b: Price includes item advertised on montrosedolls.com website. Price also includes postage to UK addresses.
c: Prices not in GB Pounds are subject to change according to the current exchange rate at the time of order.
d: All price lists and catalogue illustrations are intended as a guide only and specifications are subject to variation in the interest of improving design and function. Prices may be increased as a result of increases in unit cost price.
3. Payment:
a: Payment for goods is through Nochex, Paypal or by cheque. Merchandise will be
dispatched once full payment is received.
b: EZPay Layaway plans available - 25% deposit is required at the time of order, the final amount is due within the specified agreement period (EZPayments are usually in 4 installments, each installment paid monthly).
c: LAYAWAYS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT AFTER 7 DAYS OF INITIAL DEPOSIT.
d: Deposits will only be returned when goods found to be faulty.
4. Surcharge:
a: We reserve the right in applying a surcharge to late payments. This rate is calculated weekly @ the current bank base lending rate plus 3% on all outstanding payments in excess of 30 days and all collection costs incurred.
b: If any account is placed in solicitor's hands, the Buyer agrees to pay all collection costs and legal fees incurred.
5. Delivery:
a: Items will be sent by registered post and will require a signature at delivery address. It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damages/faults - which may have occurred during transit - before signifying acceptance of goods by signing at point of delivery. Acceptance of goods at point of delivery signifies that the goods were undamaged / not faulty at point of delivery.
b: The goods become the property of the buyer once a signature is received at the time of delivery.
6. Liability:
Montrose Dolls will not be held liable for goods once accepted & signed for at delivery destination. We cannot accept liability for damages occurring while in the buyers possession.
7. Faulty Goods:
If item is found to be faulty, please contact our sales team and we will take details of fault and issue you with a 'returns authorisation number'. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days from receipt of authorisation number.
8. Returns:
a: If items are damaged during shipping or if wrong item is shipped by mistake PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM AT POINT OF DELIVERY & call or email us immediately.
b: We want you to be happy with every order you place with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 7 days at +44 (0)1727 370535 or email us.
c: You will be issued a store credit which you may use at any time. If a returned item is in perfect condition and can be re-sold but must be repackaged, a re-stocking fee will be charged.
9. Returns Authorisation Number:
a: When returning items please send them to the address we will email you, along with why the items are being returned. You MUST first email us with an explanation, we will then forward a 'return authorisation number' & shipping address.
b: We will not accept returns which have not been post paid, and we recommend insurance for your benefit.
c: Refunds are for merchandise only, we do not refund shipping charges. Please include a copy of the shipping document stating why the item is being returned.
d: Layaways are not returnable. All listed prices are subject to change.
8. Cancellations:
a: If payment made through visa/debit card or cheque is found to be fraudulent/or invalid for any reason, we reserve the right to stop transit of goods and cancel the order without prior notice, so terminating our contract.
b: Refusal of delivery will result in carriage charges being invoiced to the buyer for both journeys.
c: Failure on the part of the Seller to deliver within the time stated, shall not entitle the Buyer to any claim upon the seller by reason of such failure.
9. Force Majeure:
Montrose Dolls are not to be held liable for any consequence from any cause due to "Force Majeure", delay, accident, riots,
strikes, lockouts, government restrictions, prohibition or other exercise of a governments authority, or any other cause beyond our control. Should the goods referred to in this contract be the subject of any special
export or import enactment or regulation, Montrose Dolls are not liable for any change in packing, price or any other necessary consequence arising
there from. Any delays in delivery - events outside of our control - shall be notified within 2 days of
occurrence.
